The most frequent feedback I receive from my clients is that they value my clarity \u2013 and the way I address matters and get straight to the point. For me, being direct is not a stylistic device, but an expression of respect for my clients\u2019 time and concerns.<\/p>\n

Individual \u2013 the right fit for many, but not for everyone<\/h2>\n

I value the differences between people in their interests and talents. Together with my clients, I develop solutions that reflect their personality. No standard recipes, but tailored approaches. I am not the right coach for everyone or every concern. But for many, I am exactly the right one. Get to know me \u2013 and then decide.<\/p>\n

Transparent \u2013 clear methods without personality tests<\/h2>\n

I work with simple, transparent methods and deliberately avoid personality tests<\/a>. Where I use less transparent approaches, I explain them \u2013 so that my clients always understand what we are doing and why.<\/p>\n

Efficient \u2013 maximum benefit in a short time<\/h2>\n

My aim is for you to gain as much as possible in a short period of time. That is why you receive comprehensive written materials on personal and professional assessment<\/a>, job search<\/a> and applications<\/a> \u2013 both to prepare for sessions and for later reference.<\/p>\n

Curious \u2013 from practice to theory and back again<\/h2>\n

My clients continually challenge me with new topics. I draw insights from these, compare them with the relevant literature, and bring them back into practice. Because if you stop learning, you stop being good.<\/p>\n

With humour \u2013 because laughter supports the process<\/h2>\n

There is room for laughter in my sessions. Humour puts things into perspective and prevents us from taking ourselves and our problems too seriously. This benefits both the process \u2013 and the people involved.<\/p>\n
