Now something else comes into play: whether personality and working style fit the team.<\/p>\n<p>The interview is more than an assessment \u2013 it is a two-way introduction. The <a href=\"https:\/\/2026.karrierecoaching.ch\/en\/glossary-cv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CV<\/a> provides facts; the conversation adds a more vivid impression. How does someone behave? What attitude do they bring? This becomes visible through behaviour \u2013 and through concrete examples from professional experience. At the same time, candidates can assess whether the company is a good fit for them \u2013 both professionally and personally.<\/p>\n<p>Many rely on gut feeling or routine \u2013 and find themselves at a loss for words at the crucial moment. Yet an interview requires deliberate preparation: What do I bring to the table? Which experiences are relevant? How do I express them clearly and authentically?
