This coaching<\/a> is offered by your employer \u2013 but it belongs to you. What you develop here serves your personal development. What you choose to share with your employer is entirely up to you.<\/p>\n

Why coaching?<\/h2>\n

You are capable of a great deal \u2013 and yet still find yourself stuck in certain situations. You have experience, expertise and know your environment well. And still, there are situations that cannot be resolved by simply acquiring more knowledge. The issue is rarely a lack of competence \u2013 but a lack of room for manoeuvre.<\/p>\n

This is exactly where coaching comes in. We work on specific situations from your day-to-day work, reflect on your perceptions, question behavioural patterns and develop new perspectives.<\/p>\n

Better understanding is the starting point \u2013 what matters is changed behaviour in everyday practice. In this way, you expand your behavioural repertoire, develop your personality further and gain room for manoeuvre where previously you had none.<\/p>\n

Confidentiality<\/h2>\n

The content of our conversations is confidential. Feedback to your employer is limited to the process \u2013 not the content. What you develop in coaching and the insights you gain are communicated by you \u2013 directly to your line manager or the HR department. If desired, a joint review meeting can also be arranged with you, your employer and myself.<\/p>\n

What we work on in coaching<\/h2>\n

The topics arise from your specific situation. The focus is on questions that cannot be resolved through expertise alone. I concentrate on areas in which I have solid experience and which are closely linked to my other core areas \u2013 outplacement<\/a>, personal and professional assessment<\/a>, as well as job search<\/a> and applications<\/a>:<\/p>\n

Positioning and self-marketing<\/h4>\n

Many people do good work \u2013 but it is not sufficiently recognised. The issue is not visibility, but clarity about what should become visible. We work on making your contributions tangible \u2013 without you having to \u201csell\u201d yourself. You learn to communicate your experience in concrete terms and to shape your position within the organisation consciously.<\/p>\n

Self-confidence<\/h4>\n

Self-confidence<\/a> does not arise from encouragement, but from clarity. Those who know what they are capable of present themselves differently. We work on building this awareness in a targeted way and making it effective in everyday situations.<\/p>\n

Personal development<\/h4>\n

Anyone who wants to develop further must understand their own behaviour. The starting point is your strengths and your limits. Building on this, we develop concrete approaches to expand your behavioural repertoire. Development does not mean becoming someone else \u2013 but having more behavioural options.<\/p>\n

Communication<\/h4>\n

Misunderstandings often arise not because too little is said, but because people mean different things. You learn to express your concerns clearly while also better understanding the perspective of your counterpart \u2013 so that real understanding can take place.<\/p>\n

Emotional management<\/h4>\n

Emotions are often seen as a disturbance. In practice, they are a precise indicator of what matters to you. The problem is not the emotion<\/a> itself \u2013 but how you deal with it. You learn to use emotions deliberately instead of being driven by them.<\/p>\n

Personal and professional assessment<\/h4>\n

Many people know what they want to move away from \u2013 but not where to. We clarify your requirements regarding tasks and environment, develop realistic perspectives and define concrete next steps. Clarity arises less from pure reflection than from a structured engagement with your own experience.<\/p>\n

How we work<\/h2>\n

Individual session<\/h3>\n

If you would like to clarify a specific question or obtain a neutral assessment, a single session may be sufficient. Focus: quick, concrete and solution oriented<\/a>. The proportion of direct advice is higher. If we have worked together before, many topics can be addressed efficiently on this basis.<\/p>\n

Coaching process<\/h3>\n

Sustainable change rarely happens in a single session. For more complex issues, we work together over several meetings. At the beginning, we clarify the objectives of our collaboration; at the end, we take stock. In between, we work on your topics in a structured way. The duration depends on your specific question.<\/p>\n

Complimentary initial meeting<\/h3>\n

Coaching only works based on a solid working relationship. I therefore offer you a non-binding 30-minute complimentary initial meeting. You will get to know my way of working \u2013 and then decide whether it suits you. (Not applicable to individual sessions.)<\/p>\n

You benefit from over 15 years of experience as a coach \u2013 complemented by more than 25 years in career consulting, recruitment and outplacement. For me, coaching is not an isolated service, but part of a broader understanding of how people develop professionally.<\/p>\n

Many people look for solutions too quickly in an external move \u2013 while the internal job market<\/a> is often underestimated. In many cases, there are more opportunities within the existing environment than are visible at first glance: whether through changes in responsibilities, clearer positioning or the deliberate articulation of your own needs.
