Many people fail in job interviews not because of their abilities, but because of how they talk about them. There is a crucial difference between «being able to do something» and «being able to talk about it».
Preparing for the job interview – focused rather than spontaneous
When preparing for a job interview, most people think first of the usual questions. But good preparation goes further: which of your experiences are truly relevant for this role? Which concrete examples demonstrate your strengths in action? And how do you re-spond when a question catches you off guard? Those who understand what recruiters and hiring managers are looking for approach the interview with a different mindset.
Job interview training: simulation, feedback and storytelling
In the training, we conduct a realistic interview – followed by honest, differentiated feedback on your impact, your arguments and the way you lead the conversation. You learn to structure your experiences in a way that allows your counterpart to form a clear picture of how you work. Storytelling becomes a central tool – not as a trick, but as a method for making the obvious visible.
In-person, online and video interviews
Interview formats are evolving: in-person meetings, online interviews via Teams or Zoom, and pre-recorded video interviews. The requirements in terms of content and impact remain the same. The training prepares you for all formats.
